Failure may not be that bad as people consider it to be (only if handled the right way). However, forming a habit of failure is certainly not good. Now, What matters is how you deal with the failure and whether you learn a thing from it or not. I'll show you some tips on how to overcome failure and make it a positive event.
1. Failure is inevitable
You're not the only guy who fails at something. Everyone has to face it, infact, for many people it is so frequent that it becomes a part of their life! Yet they overcome it and eventually gets success. So don't feel like stuck on Mars, you're still on Earth!
2. Treat Failure as Opportunity.
Always think positively and treat the Failure as another opportunity for the success and growth because failure gives you something to learn from and also gives you some practice. Learn from your failure so that the next time you may know that if you do "this", "that" will happen!
3. Identify Reason for the failure.
Always try to find out the root of the failure and what was the cause of your failure? (did you pulled enough efforts, was there a fault in the methodology? etc)
4. Recheck your task and efforts.
Then review your full task and try to understand what it needs to be complete do it with the great attention. As it will help you to find that what was the mistake last time.
5. Classify your weakness.
After finding the reason for failure try to find out your weakness as there will definitely be your weakness attached with you and your Success.
6. Re-adjust your efforts.
Never try to do the same task in the same manner as you did it earlier that will again lead you to the path of failure. If you will be committing the same mistake again and again with the same procedure you will never be able to achieve success. Try same task with change method.
7. Enter the competition again.
Now go again and do the same task with new methodology and new ideas you will definitely win the game.
