1. Be Specific.

Be specific while interacting with anybody so that they may know what exactly you are talking about. Don’t talk round-n-round. Speaks the matter first and then explain it.

2. Modulate Your Voice level.

If you are talking on a long subject then you should consider giving some variation in your voice and don't talk monotonous like a robot or people will get bored and will eventually lose attention. Modulate your voice level with your expression and feelings but don’t speak too much slow and too much high.

3. Don't Interrupt

Never interrupt anyone instead let 'em finish. You may point the irregularities once it's your turn. This shows the confident, civilized and powerful side of yours

4. Listen to others.

Always listen to the others carefully or else they will get disappointed (and frustrated) and thus you will loose attention (and respect.)

5. Maintain Eye Contact.

Simply look towards the one you're interacting with instead of looking here and there or giving a blank stare to the ground.

6. Be Courteous.

Always be courteous while interacting with someone or else people will not be interested in communicating with you and might regard you a rude guy.

7. Give time to Speak.

Give some time others to speak because if only you are the one speaking then nobody will be interested in listening to you. So give them the time.

8. Talk appropriate

Don't be a chatterbox all the time. There are times when less words are more effective.

9. Show Sincerity.

Always show that you are listening to them carefully and make 'em feel that you are sincerely listening to them and you have some concern with the matter.

10. Don't go mad due to criticism

Short and simple! Dont lose your temper when you are criticized
