Fear and confidence are two opposite entities.
If one increases then other decreases and vice-versa
But in all aspects of life, fear is the entity that screws you. Apparently, fear conveys a pathetic impression of you to the people and make you a weakling (Weak Man)
On the other hand, Confidence is magical. Confidence has the power to convince someone (even if you are wrong). That’s how a salesman fools people. They sell lame products still many people buy it.

Yes, salesmen (Even salesmen can teach a thing or two about impulse dominance)

What's Fear and Why Fear?
Fear: It’s the feeling that diverts a man from his natural style and makes him look lame and weak
why do i fear? We all have fears
Fear of disapproval
Fear of being called an idiot and so on
It goes like this:
“The more you fear, the more you fail”
Fear leads to bad body language, bad verbal communication and so on. So if you want to dominate and influence but you are afraid due to one or another reason, you better read further.
Now the point is, overcoming fear or how to reduce or eradicate fear?
First you need to understand what triggers fear. There are numerous facts such as:-
Ques 1: What if I mess up?
Ques 2: What if he/she makes fun of me?
Ques 3: Why do people having higher influence (like boss) trigger more fear?
Ans 1) Who gives a fuck! Life won’t end if I mess with one.
Ans 2)Fun huh?
All of the humans have their own internal or external problem. Whether highly influential boss or a supermodel, everyone's gotta problem of their own. Imagine a supermodel having a bad day and forced to live without make-up, hair messed, everything messed. Yeah, see nobody's invincible.
Moreover, life doesn't end if someone makes fun of you BUT it will definitely end if you take that gag seriously. So next time, if someone throws a joke at you, don't take it seriously and show 'em "Who-gives-a-fuck"
Ans 3) it’s natural to get fearsome towards highly influential people. As a matter of fact most of the men are so afraid of incredibly influential people that all the say is "WOW" that influence too is self-made most of the times and the best part is, you too can attain that much influence over the colleagues, neighbors,everyone on Earth, Mars and Jupiter.
Fear Makes No Sense
Think about it. A human is afraid of another human due to one or another reason. Why? Is the other human from whom you are afraid any different? Is he/she has an extra eye or extra nose? I guess no. Even the other human has problems/insecurities etc. It makes no sense at all to be afraid from any human!
Some people (criminals) are afraid of cops?
Sensible enough because they can throw you behind the bars stripping away the freedom.
But why some people are afraid of influential personalities?
Nobody will throw you behind bars.
So
It makes no sense at all to be afraid of any influential personality
Coming back to salesman thing
Generally, salesmen know that the product they are trying to sell is lame. Still they talk confidently. That’s what we call being confident and calm even in pathetic situations.
How do they sell their products?
Because they talk confidently with a good voice tone
WARNING: Don’t try salesmen voice tone on a your friends or any other people
Imagine if they could even sell one product if they talk in a hesitant manner and let themselves be a weakling.
P.S. - That’s how confidence works, the elite salesmen literally mesmerize us and for the time being we are attacked by impulse dominance. That's the reason some people even feel being compelled to buy the product although they are not totally content with it
